Happy Birthday Bart!

On Friday (the 25th) it was Bart's birthday! Carter, Rachel, Kristin and Collin all went to dinner with us at Iggy's! This is one of Bart's favorite restaurants.
Here we all are at dinner. Bart opened presents here at dinner and he even got a free ice cream scoop because it was his birthday!
He loves ice cream cake so I got him a cookie dough ice cream cake from cold stone! It was delicious! Brexton wanted the cake so Bart had to hold his hands back!

Happy Birthday!

Hanging out after eating cake. Brexton played in his new bouncer most of the time! He loves that thing. Happy birthday Bart. Thanks guys for coming and for the great gifts! Brexton and I love you so much Bart! Thanks for always working so hard to support us! You are a wonderful husband and father!

Brexton at 4 months!

Brexton is starting to reach many mile stones at four months! First of all he is 15 pounds and 5 ounces (70% ) and he is 25 1/2 inches tall (75%). He loves to move (well, as much as he can). He pushes himself everywhere when he is on his back with his heals. And then on his tummy he loves to scoot. He loves to grab at EVERYTHING and then of course whatever he gets he tries to get it in his mouth. He laughs and smiles all the time and loves to talk.
Where he is before.
Before
AFTER!
AFTER! Yes he moves out from under the monkey on almost all the way off of the blanket (until I grab him) mostly to get a good look at the TV!
He is also starting to eat real food ( well if you can call this real food). This was his first bite of rice cereal! Wasn't quite sure about the whole thing!
Of course it took a few tries and then he enjoyed it. Not with out it getting all over his face though. His head would be moving all over the place to try and get it and so my aim was off a couple of times! He also enjoyed trying to get the bowl and spoon the ENTIRE time I was feeding him!
All in all it was a very happy and delicious time for Brexton! We love you so much Brexton, happy 4 month birthday!

SOUTH CAROLINA!!!!!

Last week Brandon (Bart's Brother) got married in South Carolina. We were able to attend and spend a couple of extra days there thanks to the generosity of Brian, my father in law. It was absolutely incredible! The place we stayed was amazing, the views were gorgeous, and the wedding was spectacular. I was constantly taking pictures so here are tons of pictures! The only pictures I didn't get were the dolphins swimming by constantly ( I tried to but my camera wasn't fast enough!)! So get ready to get overloaded!
If you can believe it Brexton is the dark blue blob on the towel sleeping away on the beach!
This is the house that we stayed in. It was so pretty. Our room was the one on the top left. It was only about 20 steps from the ocean.

This was at the welcoming party at the club. It was so much fun!

We all had to wear leis at the party. I love that Brexton wore one too.

Brexton loved the water! He stood in it forever and sat in it. It helped that the water was SO warm!

These pictures were during the rehearsal the night before the wedding.

Brandon and Allyson the bride and groom!
All of the bridesmaids.

The rehearsal!
This was after the rehearsal dinner.
Brexton and Grandma! He loved hanging out with Grandma!

I loved Ally's mermaid cut dress. It looked wonderful.

Bart with the best man. An old family friend.
They had these cool lounch chairs by the dance floor. I thought it was such a good idea.

Bart's cousin Leil. She was so sweet with Brexton.
Brexton with Grandpa.
Brexton with his Great Aunt Chris and Leil.
Chris (Bart's brother) and Easton (his son).
A lot of us walking to see the turtles nest.
Here it is!

Just chatting on the beach.

These are good family freinds of the de la Houssaye's from Massachusetts. They were incredible people and so fun to be around. Brother Bleak is fixing his hair for the picture! They told us many funny stories of the boys when they were little.
This is sister Oakey.
Our sweet nephew Connor. He just got done eating chocolate cake!

Thanks so much again Brian and Beth for a wonderful trip! It will be one that we will never forget. And congratulations Ally and Brandon! We are so happy for you.
