Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving.

We drove up to Grandma and Grandpa's. 

Lots of Yummy food!

Lots of playing with Carmen.

The kids and I stayed an extra week while Bart drove home to work and finish his semester. While there, Mom taught me how to make her perfect cinnamon rolls.

After Bart picked us up we headed to City Creek and Temple Square to see all the lights. It was so beautiful.

It really felt magical and was amazing.

Surprise!!

My dear friend Stacy has a two year old boy, Tyce, who has cancer. In high school there were four of us who were inseparable. Stacy, Kalie, Juli and I made a plan to go and surprise Stacy. We have not been all together for about four or five years. 

With the help of Stacy's mom we made it work!! We all flew in and rang her doorbell. She was SHOCKED!! It was such a wonderful weekend spending time with her and with these lovely ladies. It really felt as though no time has passed. Tyce is such a cutie pie and Stacy is a marvelous mother who has taught us all about Faith, love, and trust. Love you all!

So good to be home with these babies again! I missed them terribly!!

Maci Mae is Two!

I really can't believe she is two, even though she acts like she is 16.

 After opening presents and taking pictures we went to City Creek, and of course first stop was the Disney store.

 Thanks to Carter and Rachael they left with presents!

 After City Creek we came back to the house and had a small party for Maci.

That same weekend we went to our Stake Conference in the Spectrum. Elder L. Tom Perry came and other General Authorities. It was wonderful and so fun to be with Beth and Brian!

This is Maci's Tinkerbell costume she got from Aunt Carter. She wears it daily!

 Thanks to Grandma Duffy she got this darling dress and tights along with a perfect pink coat.

Happy Birthday Baby girl! We love you dearly!!
