Halloween!!!

For Halloween we went to Kristin's and Collin's. And then we went to our ward party. This is before we left. Brexton is a spider and Bart and I are Jack and Jill (after they fell down the hill). I have to tell a funny story about this. So Nicole gave us the idea of going as Jack and Jill only Nicole and Nathan went as Jack and Jill before they fell. So I told Bart that we are going as Jack and Jill after the fall. And Bart said, " like after the Adam and Eve thing, how are we going to show that?" So of course I started laughing and said, "no after the falling down the hill, not the literal fall!" And then Bart said "oh yeah that is way more Halloweeny"! So funny!

If you cant tell Bart and I have grass in our hair and lots of black and brown eye shadow all over us.

Brexton's first snow!

So today it snowed constantly! It was so fun, I kept taking Brexton outside for him to see it. Then I finally got the idea to take him out in his new snow suit. It is still a little big for him but I thought he looked so cute in it. And of course give him another month and he will fit perfectly!

Brian Visits!

Last weekend Brian came up from Dixie State to visit us for his fall break. It was so much fun to have him here. Bart and Brian did lots of things, including racquetball and plenty of video games!

Brexton loved having Brian here, he loved being entertained by him.

We also got to go to the Utah State game it was so much fun! They lost of course but it is always fun to be there.

Happy Birthday Bart!

On Friday (the 25th) it was Bart's birthday! Carter, Rachel, Kristin and Collin all went to dinner with us at Iggy's! This is one of Bart's favorite restaurants.

Here we all are at dinner. Bart opened presents here at dinner and he even got a free ice cream scoop because it was his birthday!
He loves ice cream cake so I got him a cookie dough ice cream cake from cold stone! It was delicious! Brexton wanted the cake so Bart had to hold his hands back!

Brexton at 4 months!

Brexton is starting to reach many mile stones at four months! First of all he is 15 pounds and 5 ounces (70% ) and he is 25 1/2 inches tall (75%). He loves to move (well, as much as he can). He pushes himself everywhere when he is on his back with his heals. And then on his tummy he loves to scoot. He loves to grab at EVERYTHING and then of course whatever he gets he tries to get it in his mouth. He laughs and smiles all the time and loves to talk.

AFTER! Yes he moves out from under the monkey on almost all the way off of the blanket (until I grab him) mostly to get a good look at the TV!

He is also starting to eat real food ( well if you can call this real food). This was his first bite of rice cereal! Wasn't quite sure about the whole thing!

Of course it took a few tries and then he enjoyed it. Not with out it getting all over his face though. His head would be moving all over the place to try and get it and so my aim was off a couple of times! He also enjoyed trying to get the bowl and spoon the ENTIRE time I was feeding him!

All in all it was a very happy and delicious time for Brexton! We love you so much Brexton, happy 4 month birthday!

SOUTH CAROLINA!!!!!

Last week Brandon (Bart's Brother) got married in South Carolina. We were able to attend and spend a couple of extra days there thanks to the generosity of Brian, my father in law. It was absolutely incredible! The place we stayed was amazing, the views were gorgeous, and the wedding was spectacular. I was constantly taking pictures so here are tons of pictures! The only pictures I didn't get were the dolphins swimming by constantly ( I tried to but my camera wasn't fast enough!)! So get ready to get overloaded!

These are good family freinds of the de la Houssaye's from Massachusetts. They were incredible people and so fun to be around. Brother Bleak is fixing his hair for the picture! They told us many funny stories of the boys when they were little.
