Valentine's Day

Valentine's day was a lot of fun this year with Brexton even if he didn't know what was going on. We had to decorate his high chair with a little dog for him. For Valentine's day Bart and Brexton apparently :) made me breakfast complete with heart shaped french toast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Then made my favorite for dinner sweet pork quesadilla and we had chocolate fondue for dessert while watching the Olympics. It was a wonderful Valentine's day!

The table I prepared for dinner!

Brexton's Valentine picture!

He loved his dog!

9 Months!

Brexton is nine months and has such a love for life! He is growing very well also. He is currently 19 pounds 40% 28 inches 50% and 18 inches for his head 70%. He is very fast at crawling and has to stand on his own after he climbs up something. He climbs up everything that can or can't be climbed up on. He says da da, ba ba and rolls his tounge along with lots of screams to get his way. He loves books, the TV, and his Baby Einstein movie. We love him and are loving watching him grow up!

We love you handsome boy!

Brexton Moving!

Brexton loves to crawl and climb everywhere! One of his favorite places is under the table.
This is him kneeling for family prayer.

I love this suit outfit!

Say Cheese!

Strong baby!

Taking every magazine out of the basket, this is also one of his favorite things to do.

video of him crawling! At the end I wasn't thinking and turned the camera sideways, sorry!

Brexton and Brexton!

This last Friday I went back to the school to say Hello to everyone where I taught. I was also able to find the original Brexton (who I taught my first year of teaching) and snapped a quick picture of the two. This is Brexton's name sake! Aren't they so cute!

8 Months!

It is crazy to think that Brexton is 8 months old already. Their are a few things to report. He loves to crawl everywhere. He thinks it is so funny to come and get us when we crawl away from him. He will climb up on anything, and does not want to be held on to, or helped! Thank goodness for us, he just learned how to get down from things when he climbs up, so now he doesn't fall as much! He loves to read. He will turn the pages himself and close the book when he wants a different one. We love his happy-go-lucky attitude and his sweet demeanor! We are so blessed to have this happy healthy baby boy!

Notice- I tried to get him to sit on this chair and smile. Obviously this is the best I got! We love you Brexton!

Go Janessa!

Over the weekend I got to watch one of my Young Women's Swim meets. It was a blast! She took first in every event! I was so impressed with her talent she beat all of her times and clobbered everyone else!
After the 500! She was so tired she said she could barely smile!
Before her relay, She was the anchor and the one leaning over on her legs.

Way to go Janessa! I was so proud of you!

Ruby!

Ruby was my aid when I taught and most importantly a dear friend! She came over and had lunch and we talked and played with Brexton! It was so much fun to have her over!
